Lucy Kiruthu

Dr. Lucy is a strategy, business and management professional. She is well rounded in general management and passionate about enterprise development. She has 19 years of experience driving business performance and advocating for a better society. Her experience cuts across a variety of industries including retail, manufacturing, financial and commercial services.

Her key areas of expertise are Strategic leadership, organizational design & development, training & coaching, customer experience management and team leadership. She has been an Independent Management Consultant and Trainer at Evolve Business Consultants Limited since 2009 to present.

Dr. Lucy has a PhD in Business Administration & Strategic Management from USIU, an MBA in Strategic Management from Park University and a BSC in Food Science and Technology from Egerton University.

Dr. Tendai Mhizha

Dr. Tendai is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of working in the marketing and advertising industry. She is skilled in Management and Leadership, Marketing Strategy, Market Research, Public Speaking, and Customer Service. Strong professional with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) focused in Business Studies – Developed a Living Standard Measurement tool for SS Africa being used by MNC’s from University of Derby. She also holds a Masters in Strategic Management.

Dr. Tendai spent her early years travelling and was educated in 6 different countries. She is a board level leader and serial entrepreneur with over 25 years experience in Pan-African General Management, Marketing, Branding, Research and Strategy.

She has worked for The Edgars group, Wella, and within the Global WPP group extensively and still leads a 25 year old Pan African Market research Agency. She is also the founder and Chief Inspirer of Integra Africa – offering Unique Internal Brand Engagement TRRibe programs and Strategic solutions.

She is an accomplished multi-skilled Communication, Customer Experience & Culture Expert, Corporate Trainer, Workshop Facilitator, Coach, and Speaker with over 25 years of experience.

Her mission is to help organizations engage their mission-critical stakeholders and deploy communication as a strategic resource. She uses results-driven communication to help organizations achieve their objectives and create a high-productivity culture. Her results-driven approach to communication, customer experience management and change communication contributes to increased organizational effectiveness, productivity, visibility, impact, and performance.

Kari Mutu is a communications, marketing and writing professional who is passionate about developing the abilities of individuals for optimal performance. She has 20+ years experience in marketing, customer and stakeholder relationships, group training, sales, business development, team leadership, and professional writing.

She has developed and delivered both in-person and online events for various sectors including private enterprise, non-profits, parastatals and educational. Based in Kenya, her career has taken her to Zambia, Switzerland, Kuwait and the USA.

Nancy Salamba

Nancy is a Marketing and Communications Expert, Learning Facilitator, Leadership Coach, Business Coach, Entrepreneurship Trainer and an Entrepreneur.

She is a Marketing and Communications specialist, passionate about building brands. Skilled in the areas of Marketing and Communications Strategy Development and Deployment, Branding and New Business Lines Creation.
Nancy has 28 years working experience within the African Continent, 18 of which were in the Financial Services Sector.

A Certified Leadership Coach, a Certified Entrepreneurship Trainer and a Learning Facilitator offering Customized Training in the areas of Marketing and Communications, Sales, Customer Experience and Personal Financial Literacy

Paul Kitemu

Paul is a Capacity Building Expert who manages Results orientated engagements, has a wealth of experience in the banking industry in Kenya and across its borders and has a command of professional services delivery through consulting services.

He has developed and tested competencies in organizational capacity building and training development and delivery. Paul has carried out intensive training, needs assessment and delivery of programs to a diversity of organizations in a number of sectors and across Africa.

Paul has a wealth of experience in managing service delivery centers, driving service excellence, training & operational excellence.
